Pricing, licensing & upgrades

Read this page before purchasing. It explains what a one-time license covers, what monthly plans include, how upgrades work, and what Tank Systems Pro does not promise.

Important — read before you purchase

Software status (Coming Soon / In Development), platform (Windows 10/11 only — not Mac or mobile), and license type (one-time vs monthly) vary by product. Buying the wrong plan or expecting features that are not shipped yet can lead to disappointment. If anything is unclear, contact us before checkout.

One-time license

Pay once for the current major version of that product. You own the license to use it on your Windows PC(s) according to the product terms — no software subscription required for that version.

  • Best for tools marked as one-time (e.g. Suite, Quote, POS, Barcode when available)
  • No recurring software fee for that licensed version
  • Works offline where the product is designed to run locally
  • Major version upgrades may be offered separately (see Upgrades below)

Monthly / yearly plans

Some products (such as TankExpense Pro) offer free tiers plus paid plans billed monthly or yearly. You keep access while the plan is active. Canceling ends Pro features after the paid period.

  • Example: TankExpense Pro Free forever, Pro from $14.99/mo or $119/year
  • Lifetime option ($179) is a one-time Pro license for that product when offered
  • Plan features are listed on the product page — free ≠ Pro
  • Card processing or third-party fees (if any) are separate from software plans

Upgrades & new versions

Bug fixes & small updates

For licensed products we aim to provide reasonable bug-fix updates for the version you purchased. Delivery method (download link, installer update) is product-specific.

Major version upgrades

A jump to a new major version (for example V1 → V2 with large new features) may be a paid upgrade or a new product SKU. We will publish upgrade pricing when that version ships — one-time license does not automatically mean free forever for every future major release.

Coming Soon / In Development

Products labeled Coming Soon are not available to purchase yet. In Development means active work is underway (e.g. TankRIP Pro) — features and ship dates can change. Do not assume a release date unless we publish one.

Bundles (Suite)

The Tank Suite Pro price covers the products listed in the bundle description at the time of purchase. Components that are still Coming Soon ship when ready; the suite purchase is for that package as described on the product page.

What you can expect

  • • Clear product status on every card (Coming Soon / In Development / available)
  • • License type stated on the product page (one-time vs plan)
  • • Windows-focused desktop tools unless a page says otherwise
  • • Support channels listed under Customer Service

What we do not claim

  • • Not a full replacement for every enterprise SaaS stack
  • • Not a payment processor — card rates are between you and your processor
  • • No guaranteed ship date on Coming Soon items
  • • Mobile / Mac versions only if a product page explicitly lists them

Platform requirements

Tank Systems Pro desktop products are built for Windows 10 and Windows 11. They are not native Mac, iPhone, iPad, or Android apps. Running Windows software on a Mac via virtualization is unsupported and not a substitute for a Mac version. If a specific product ever gains browser or Mac support, that will be stated clearly on its product page.

  • • Supported: Windows 10 and Windows 11 PCs
  • • Not supported: macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Android (unless a product page explicitly says otherwise)
  • • Many tools are designed to run offline on your local machine

Refunds & support

Digital software is delivered by download/license. Before buying, confirm the product is marked available (not Coming Soon), matches your OS, and matches the license type you want. For billing or delivery issues after purchase, use Customer Service. Policy details may also appear on checkout when live payments are enabled.
